Best in class carrier
This was the 2nd time hauling the same load for this broker. The driver went to the pickup location and he found out that this isn't the right location. Called broker, and broker said go pickup from the new location. Carrier asked for compensation for the driver and Broker named Eric Tippy said, "I don't give a F*** I will cover the load." Carrier called back to speak to a manager named Dan, and the managers words were "Carrier like you should go F*** them selves for asking more money. And this company claims they are in Business since 1913, with this kind of professionalism you can't stay in Business for 2 months. Carriers should stay away from this broker to save them selves some time and resources.
