Prescribes tramadol with no reason backing
I hate going to the doctor, but since Dr. Kozarek saved my life by getting me into heart surgery, I have to give him 5 stars. He is one of the few doctors in my 63 years who I can say really cares. We need more doctors like him.
Refused to treat my condition I suffered because of it
Doctor does a good job but the front office staff is unwilling to help and treat you like your a bother that they have to do something. I don't care how good the doctor is if your support staff is this bad your not going to be well reviewed. They wouldn't let me keep my appointment because they couldn't verify insurance on the internet. They wouldnt let us just pay cash. I called insurance and insurance said they were rude. So I guess this doctors office will shut down and not see patients if the internet is down.
Dr Kozarek is a rarity he is a Dr. who is actually compassionate to him this is not just a pay check i have been his patient for years i was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and he has done everything he can do to see to it im taken care of as a patient
Eleni tate was denied prescriptions from dr davis after switching to new dr upon return to kozarek was given 240 tramadol with refils after paying visit fee and 5 min in office eleni is heroine user sells and misuses prescription every month this type of malpractice is killing people
