Bought my daughter a car that broke down on I-65 on the way home on the 4th of July. Not only did they find it, but they recommended a good garage to fix it.! The towing fee was reasonable too. Thank you!

These guys are in the business of towing your car so of course nobody likes them. But they keep your vehicle safe. They overcharge but they were willing to cut me a deal because I could not pay the bill.
My truck lost a universal joint the shell gas station attendant called Couples and a great guy by the name of Josh towed us to a garage to get it fixed the next in the meantime he also kind enough to drive us to the Holiday express I would personally like to thank him for going the extra effort to help us
Driver is the only driver to EVER refuse to tow duebto expired plate with AAA ALL others have done so with proof of ow ership... then when I told him I'd call AAA he just got in truck and left... the dispatcher didn't address the rudeness of the driver only about AAA policy. Pretty sure no one has a policy to just walk away from a customer and leave them without word... Will NEVER use them nor WAS AGAIN!!!
They are inconsistent, the guy asked what kind of car and when and where it was towed and then said well i don't know how much it will be, call back tomorrow. So I have to get charged even more because no one can help me today, I have to wait until tomorrow. Not professional at all.
