Reasonable lot rent
distgusting trailor park, too many drugs, and theifs, also the neighbors in the blue trailor are assholes

its a calm place to live at, not having to pay for water or sewer. trash pick up twice a week, and even free cable channels. not bad considering all other mobile parks don't do this, also have lakes to go fish at,camp or even get on a boat at convenience to interstate and mostly friendly people. even has a club house.
Limits on parking, units too close to each other, can be way too noisy way too late at night & some drive through here exceeding 15 MPR at very fast dangerous speeds!
